Most Weird Things in UPS STORE

The most weird things I had encountered during working at the UPS store in Cockeysville Baltimore is that for one identity there can be many different looking/shape/height persons.

The owner of another UPS store located at Towson, Peter appeared close to our store owner that visited our store more often than other store owners. 

After moving to the new location in July 2019, one day Peter talked on the phone with the senior associate Raj to borrow blank label rolls. He walked in with bright yellow polo shirt, skinny, small face, short black spiky hair. Raj recognized him right away and greeted him and handed him with the label rolls. He helped us on processing USPS packages little bit because at the moment one customer brought more than 40 packages to be shipped. This was my first time seeing him. 

Later there was annual regional stores online conference and for some reason, Raj couldn’t attend. So the store owner asked me to stay at the store for extra time to attend the meeting and report to him next day. There I saw a totally different person as Peter. He was with long face with narrow eyes, less hair volume appeared more soft…mostly totally different personality. 

One afternoon an average height middle aged white guy with little potbelly, long face, thin hair and an extremely short round faced guy with a lot dark eye circles walked in. I greeted them. The taller guy introduced himself as Peter although he looked totally different the Peter I saw before and the short guy as the owner of the other store. The other store owner once visited us to borrow label rolls as well, much taller and stout than this little guy. Both of them reminded me some colleagues in AAI Corp I encountered once or twice. They pointed the name cards on the register, saying they look good and asked me where they were printed. Those name cards are the basic ones (cheapest ones) ordered from UPS store market place. Every store owner and associate with little experience know it. They asked me if they could look inside the packaging room. Although I felt they were phony, but for the courtesy, I showed them in. Time by time we let some customers to see the packaging room to make them feel comfortable to leave their items with us. 

They looked around a little bit and left. Next day I told the store owner about it and expressed my concern. The store owner made phone call to Peter to verify if he did visit us previous day. To my surprise, Peter confirmed everything. 

Then another afternoon, Raj called in to inform me that Peter would bring a guitar to pack up because his store was short of guitar box. A tall, skinny, lush black hair, triangular faced white guy came to the store to pack up a guitar. I was packing some paintings with frames while he packed up the guitar and left. Newly hired associate Tarsha told me she saw him many times in the post office where she used to work for. He was not polite person.  

Next day our store owner told me he watched the surveillance video when Peter entered in the store and called him on the phone. But to my knowledge, the guy didn’t talk on his cell phone in the store. 

Bob is a tall, big white guy with thin light colored hair. He visited our store often to do notary services in 2019 . Our store owner stopped that. 

One afternoon in 2021 a guy looked similar to him, but much shorter and smaller than him with black hair came in, told us he was Bob and asked about a package. I told him to leave his phone number and if there was package, I would call him to pick it up. Karon, the associate was there as well. He left the store for a better job couple days later. 

Later we did receive a package for him and I informed him to pick it up. When he was arrived, I was at back office working on some paperwork. Tarsha greeted him. I heard the conversation and walked out. There was a younger guy with black thick hair, big body build…I showed the package to Tarsha to release it to him. 

I’m not sure what they were up to, but sure that was their games…We as commoners have to pretend not to see, basically ignore it. 

Weird Pat Down Search at Harrisburg Airport

2016/4/18 早上6:00am 多在哈里斯堡（Harrisburg）机场安检，通过360度旋转扫描，出乎意料被指定人手搜查（Pat search）。我穿着一件毛衣和牛仔裤，搜查起来应该只需轻轻拍击几下。搜查的女安检员却像机械手一样高速重力按压，好像要捏出我皮肤下的东西似的，在搜查右边大腿内侧时，手掌上下快速移动，猛烈撞击到了盆骨的耻骨下角。如果是一个得骨质疏松症的女人，被她这么撞击，估计盆骨会粉碎性裂开。5年来定向能波束经常辐射腹股沟，髋部，小腹。这次右腿内侧耻骨下角的猛烈撞击不得不让我觉的是刻意人身攻击。在哈里斯堡机场安检处我亲历过好多次怪异的搜查行动，但这一次是最可恶的。左手上一直戴着的金戒指，在美国哈里斯堡（Harrisburg）机场2016/4/18 早上7:00am 多上了飞往芝加哥的UA 4781飞机后发觉不见了！记得在住处清理后院的树枝时，还注意到戒指在手指上。

I took the flight UA4781 from Harrisburg to Chicago at 7:00 am on April 18, 2016. I entered in airport security check point around 6:00am. After having 360 degree full body circling scan, I was appointed to have a pat-down search by a woman in front of the scanning system while my carry-on handbag was going through the scanning belt. She searched from head to toe and pressed on my body very hard. When she moved her both hands up and down on my right leg, her right hand thumb even hit hardly on the pubis at the inner thigh of my right leg. It was painful. I think if some woman with osteoporosis was hit by that force, her pelvis would be fractured. During and after the search all I thought was about the pain at the pubis. Until I settled down on my seat on the flight UA 4781 and saw one passenger’s hand with a silver ring extending out from the front seat back, I subconsciously looked at my hand and noticed that the gold ring on my left hand was not there anymore.

Last 5 years (Since July 2011), my body has been targeted, zapped, burned with directed energy pulse coming from mostly unidentified sources ( In 2011 and early 2012, I’m sure there was directed energy pulse emitting  from  left side wall between my house and left side neighbor in Baltimore)。Frequently the pulse zaps and radiates at my groin, pelvis, and lower abdomen. I’ve experienced weird search for several times at the Harrisburg Airport security check point, but this time’s pat-down search and hitting on my pubis at the inner thigh of my right leg was likely an violent personal attacking. 


上了UA 835，一开始我的座位是43K，网上选座时我刻意选了后排指望3座一排的座位只有我一人，不过很不幸，坐满了人。更倒霉的是一入座就闻到强烈的狐臭味，待到飞机上升致制定高度后可以自由活动的时候我立即转移到了57排座位，这样可以躺着睡。一躺下睡觉，波束就开始辐射身体，特别是小腹上，所以翻来转去一刻也没睡着。

My seat number was 43K on the UA834 flying from Chicago to Pudong Shanghai. I intentionally picked online the seat located at the rear of the airplane expecting there was only me sitting in the role of 3 seats. Unfortunately all three seats in the role of 43 were occupied. It got even worse that I smell intense hircus after I sat down. After the airplane ascended to designated altitude and passengers were allowed to move inside the cabin freely, I right away moved to the role of 57 where all three seats were unoccupied and I could lie down. But once I lay down, the directed energy pulse started radiating at my body, especially my lower abdomen. I tossed and turned and didn’t sleep at all.


航班的午饭时间，我选了意大利番茄酱方饺（Ravioli ）。配菜是带柠檬草香味的南瓜芝麻菜麦粒。味道真的很好！乘务员态度也很好。感觉随着油价下跌，美联航班机提供的食物和服务质量都提高了！


飞机下降停靠上海浦东机场过程中，颠簸厉害。我早饭吃的面包和一点炒蛋都被吐了出来了！头昏昏脑沉沉，上了中国国内航班后，没有被定向能波束骚扰，就睡着了。

The flight encountered strong turbulence when it was landing on the Shanghai Pudong airport and bumped tremendously.  I got nauseated and threw up everything I ate for the breakfast.  After that I felt very dizzy and sleepy.  Inside the Pudong airport and on the China domestic flight I didn’t get harassed by the directed energy pulse from unknown source, so I slept deeply on the China domestic flight all the way to the destination.

In 2010, I was assigned to work with Stacy’s testing team to develop a software tool.  So Stacy, the Latino supervisor and I contacted each other in daily basis. She provided me with necessary documents and information I needed to develop the software tool, checked my working progress, witnessed testing the software on the actual equipment and etc. We got along well and the project progressed smoothly.
2010年我被分配到Stacy的测试小组，帮助他们开发一款软件工具。我跟拉美裔女主管Stacy每天接触。她提供相关文件和信息给我，查看我的工作进程，观摩我在设备上测试开发的软件工具。我们相处得不错，项目进行得还算顺利。


Before Kassandra (a member of testing team)’s rental apartment caught on fire, Stacy informed me that there would be an aircraft launching demonstration in a military base and suggested Kassandra, my supervisor Ralph and I to watch the demonstration during the upcoming weekend as three of us had never done that before. One mechanical engineer named Steven would take us there. But before going to the military base, each of us must do a background check, so we should print out the personal information and hand it to Steven. After handing the personal information printout to Steven, I was informed by Stacy that I could not go in the upcoming weekend as I needed further background check.  There were always other chances in the future. Besides, watching a demonstration impacted almost nothing on my job.
在Kassandra 的租房着火之前，Kassandra 的主管Stacy通知我在一个陆军基地有飞行器发射演示，建议Kassandra, 我的主管Ralph 和我在即将的周末去观摩因为我们三个人从来没有观摩过。一个叫Steven的机械工程师会带我们去的。但是去之前我们必须通过背景调查。每个人必须打印出自己的个人信息 ，然后交给Steven。递交完个人信息后，Stacy通知我说因为我需要比其他两人更加深入的调查，所以这次我就去不了了。以后有的是观摩机会。另外观摩飞行器发射对我的工作没有多大影响。


Several weeks later, after the Kassandra’s rental apartment had fire accident and my working cubical had been moved to the upper level floor, I received an email from Steven saying that he would go to the military base to watch the demonstration again and asking me if I would go along. I called Ralph to ask how the demonstration he and Kassandra watched was. He told me that they’d never been to the demonstration due to the raining weather. Then I asked him if he received the invitation email from Steven. He said no. So I answered Steven that I would pass, as it obviously was not necessary to watch the demonstration for us as software engineers.
几个星期后，Kassandra 的租房发生火灾之后，我的工作隔间搬到了更高的楼层后，我收到Steven的电子邮件说他会再次去陆军基地观摩发射演示，问我要不要跟他一起去。我打电话给我的主管Ralph问他和Kassandra有没有去观摩飞行器发射演示，感觉咋样。他跟我说因为下雨，他们根本没去。我接着问他有没有收到Steven的邀请函。他说没有。很显然对于软件工程师，没有多少必要去观摩飞行器发射演示，所以我回复Steven 说我不去了。


This mechanical engineer named Steven looked same as the guy standing in the food shop (corner store) beside the Linux/Windows labs of Caputo Hall, Department of Computer Science of Millersville University back in the 2001 fall semester  and staring weirdly at me (In my previous article I said this guy looked very like the guy named Andy shouted at by testing team’s manager Bill Wood in the break room later in 2011, now through comparison I felt he looked more like Steven, literally an exact copy of Steven). However the Andy-like guy followed me and B to Puerto Rico and stayed in the same hotel. Steven had the similar body figure and facial looking as Andy. Then there was similar looking old man, definitely older than Steven encountered in Bank of Lancaster Fruitville branch when I worked there as a teller back in 2003, Baltimore Claywork studio in 2008 when I took a pottery wheeling lesson,  and in my house complex of Baltimore county. 这个叫Steven的机械工程师跟于2001年秋学季在Millersville大学电脑科学系Caputo 大楼Linux/Windows 实验室旁边的小卖部里站着用怪异的眼光盯着我的男人长得一模一样。（在我以前的记录里，我说这个男人长得很像2011年在休息室碰到的被Kassandra的经理 Bill Wood 喊作 Andy的男人， 现在通过比较我觉得他更像Steven，简直是一个Steven 的复制品）而跟踪我和B去波多黎各，并且住在同一个酒店的男人长得跟Andy 一模一样。Steven的体形和面容接近Andy的。然后就是那个长得相似的老头，绝对比Steven 老，于2003年在Bank of Lancaster 银行Fruitville分行做零时出纳时遇到，于2008年在Baltimore Claywork studio 上陶罐拉胚课时遇到，还有在我住宅区里遇到（阅http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_ce1b77300101cnn0.html 了解更多详情）。
 

During my school years, especially the autumn semester of 2001, often inexplicably my head was congested and my mood was depressed. I walked almost every evening, even in the dark around the residence to relax my mind. I felt often extremely tight at lower back of my head (nearby two FengChi acupressure points), medulla oblongata in medical term as if that part was clinched by an invisible claw. Many times I noticed that there were little red bumps on my scalp over a night.  Later I realized that all these symptoms are part of remote electronic mind control experiments.
在校上学期间，特别是2001年秋季，经常性地，莫名其妙地，我的头发胀，我的心情抑郁。我经常晚上，即使是天黑的时候绕着住宅走路放松精神。我经常感觉到我的脑后勺下面 （两个风池穴附近），医学术语叫 延髓 部位 特别紧， 好像那个部位被一个无形的爪子钳住。很多次发现我的头皮上冒出红色的疙瘩，特别怪异。后来我意识到这些症状都是被远程电子脑控试验造成的。


During 2nd half of the year 2010, I felt lost control of my right arm and some acupressure points around my right scapula were sore as if they were pressed in by extremely heavy force. The right arm was myasthenic that couldn’t even buckle safety belt in a car. I went to see the doctor in the “Patient First” clinic at Green Spring station on December 18th, 2010.  One nurse took the conventional X-rays of my upper body and right shoulder/arm and analyzed them and didn’t find anything abnormal. Then she brought a female doctor named Joanne Watson to me.  The female doctor herself seemed having medical issue as her body was constantly oscillating. She suggested me to see her principle physician, a spinal cord expert named Riley III Lee H. I knew I don’t have any medical issue with my spinal cord and felt very weird about her suggestion. Later I did a lot of massage on my right shoulder and my right arm healed itself.
2010下半年我感觉失去了对右膀子的控制，我的右肩胛骨周围的穴位酸痛，好像被特别重的力量压迫着。我的右膀子无力，连车座位的安全带都扣不了。2010/12/18，我去Johns Hopkins 在 Green Spring的Patient First 门诊部就诊，一个护士拍了我上半身和右肩膀的常规X光片，做了分析，没有发现异样。然后她带来一女医生 Joanne Watson。女医生看起来自己有病症，她的全身不停摆动。她建议我去看她的主治医生，Riley III Lee H，一脊椎科专家。我知道我脊椎没问题，感觉她的建议很奇怪。后来我经常按摩我的右肩，右膀子就恢复正常了。


After visiting my parents （my dad was hospitalized emergently in May 2011 and diagnosed with prostate cancer） in China in June 2011, I’ve been experiencing poisonous air and high energy pulse （electromagnetic pulse） emitted into both my working cube in AAI Corp. (sub-company of Textron In.) and my home in Baltimore, MD USA since July 2011. First there was chemical like irritating air emitted from corners of left side walls of my house during nights at different time from evening to next day morning. The air irritated my nose so severely that I instantly covered my nose, hurt my skin as if it was poked by many tiny needles and left French chalk like substance covering any of my body parts exposed to it (won’t get it if covered with a quilt). Then in my working cubical the same kind of irritating air poured down from ceiling, but much thinner than the irritating air in my house. Every morning after around 9:00am or 10:00am inside the working cubical I felt my head became heavier and heavier as if it’s filled with led. I had to rest my head on the desk. Then I felt some pressure points on my chest were pressed in with heavy force and I had chest tightness and chest pain. However I don’t have cardiac problems or high blood pressure or diabetes. I massaged pressure points on my head, neck, chest, and hands. Eventually I got recovered. On August 11, 2011 inside the working cubical, left side of lower back of my head was zapped and burned by directed energy pulse. On September 18th, 2011 back of my left knee was zapped by directed energy pulse. At the time when both of these two incidents happened, I suspected about being zapped by directed energy pulse, but wasn’t sure, so I went to see physicians and had all kinds of tests.

2011年6月回中国探亲（我父亲在2011年5月紧急住院查出得了前列腺癌），7月回美国后，开始有刺激性气体和高强能量波束（电磁波）放射到马里兰州巴尔帝魔自己家里和AAI Corp. (Textron Inc.下属公司) 公司内工作隔间里。一开始化学物质似的刺激性气体从家里左墙角冒出来，每晚 不同时间一直持续到第二天早上。这气体刺激鼻粘膜很强，我一闻到就立即捂鼻子；伤痛我的皮肤，好像很多细小的针扎在身上；在暴露于其中的身体部位表面留下一层像滑石粉似的物质（如果用棉被盖着就不会有）。接着在公司工作隔间里，同样的刺激性气体从房顶倾泻下来，但是比起在家里要稀薄很多。每天早上9:00am /10:00am 点钟以后，我感觉头越来越重，好像被灌了铅似的。我不得不趴在办公桌上休息。后来我感觉到胸口的几个穴位被强力压住了，我胸闷，胸痛。但是我没有心脏病，高血压，或糖尿病。我按摩头，颈，胸和手的穴位，最终得以缓解。2011年8月11日在工作隔间，我脑后勺左下方风池穴附近被定向能波束刺射和灼伤。2011年9月18日，我左膝盖后面被定向能波束刺射和灼伤。两起事故发生时，我怀疑被定向能波束刺射，但是不确定，所以我看了门诊医生，做了一系列体检。

After left side of lower back of my head was heavily zapped and burned by directed energy pulse while I was sitting inside my working cubical in AAI Corp. on August 11th, 2011, I constantly felt discomfort on my left side head, left side ear, and both eyes.  So I went to see the doctor in the Johns Hopkins outpatient center “Patient First” at Green Spring station on August 25th, 2011. Patients First doesn’t require appointment. A patient can register the name and arriving time and wait at the lobby. Then the receptionist calls the patient to fill the medical insurance information and the reason of visiting the doctor, and sign the agreements. Then the patient continues waiting for the turn to see the doctor. 

When I walked out from a small reception room into the hallway and sat down on the chair close to the hallway after I provided the information,  a middle aged female physician stood inner side of the hallway (inside the diagnostic room) that facing to the entrance/exit of the clinic and stared at me for a while. Later the nurse led me inside the diagnostic room to get my usual physical information (height, weight, menstrual cycle, etc.). This female physician again stared at me for a while. This middle aged female physician looked like the male physician in the clinic next the grocery store MARS on the road Padonia who diagnosed me for my severe cough during 2006 Christmas holiday.  I was then led to a small cubical to wait for the doctor. On 11:24am Dr.Michael A. Stang, a middle-old aged male physician walked in. He checked my ears and eyes. I told him that I felt mostly wrong about my left eye and ear. But Dr.Stang held a small handheld light converging device targeting at my right eye pupil and examined for a long time. During the examination, I felt piercing pain inside my right eye and tears was coming out constantly. He then examined my left eye with very simple look. He told me that the capillaries on eye ground were broken and concluded that I had Sensory Disturbance. I asked him to write me a MRI prescription. He didn’t approve. Instead he asked me to make an appointment to see a neurology doctor. But the doctor he recommended would not be available until at least 3 months later.

2011年8月11日在工作隔间，我脑后勺左下方风池穴附近被定向能波束猛烈刺射和灼伤。因为耳鼻一直不舒服，我于2011年8月25日去Johns Hopkins 在 Green Spring的Patient First 门诊部就诊。Patients First 不需要预约。病人登记后在大厅等候。然后工作人员叫名填写医疗保险信息，就医原因，和签同意书。然后病人继续等候。在我填写完信息从小接待室出来坐在靠走廊的椅子上时，一个中年女医生站在走廊里端（诊断厅内）对着门诊进出口的位置观望我好一阵。后来护士带我进诊断厅做例行身体状况（身高，体重，月经周期等）信息采集时，这个女医生又观望我好一阵。这个女医生长得跟2006 年圣诞节期间我得了严重的咳嗽，去位于Padonia街的Mars超市旁边的诊所，问诊我的男医生很像。他们俩好似姐弟。(http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_ce1b77300102visq.html)

后来我被领进一个小隔间等待医生。11:24am，一个中老年男医生Michael A. Stang走了进来。Stang 医生检查我的耳鼻。我告诉他最难受的是我的左眼和左耳，Stang医生却用一个手携式的小聚光仪器盯着我右眼检查很久，检查过程中右眼特别刺痛。而左眼他只是很简单地检查了一下。他说眼底毛细血管断裂，写下诊断结果是 “Sensory Disturbance” 感知受扰。我请他给我开MRI处方。他说不行。他让我约见神经科医生。但是打电话询问，最早可见医生的时档也要到两三个月后。

 I visited another physician in another clinic and got the MRI prescription.  On December 7th, 2011 I went through brain MRI scan.
我又去了另一家诊所看了另一个医生，开了脑磁共振成像扫描的处方。2011年12月7日，我做了脑磁共振成像扫描。

Started from December 12, 2011 I had been being severely zapped and burned 24/7 by directed high energy pulse coming from left side walls of my house and from the top, first in home, then in my working cubical. I’d reported to the company’s HR, Baltimore County labor department, and Baltimore Police department. But nothing seemed helpful to stop the directed high energy pulse shooting into my house and my working cubical to burn my body. HR specialist Lisa told me this kind of activity was not organized by company’s management therefore they couldn’t stop it. (See http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_ce1b77300101c3fk.html for logs) 自12月12日开始每日每夜我身体明显被高强波束刺射灼烧。波束从家里左边墙壁里发射出来，还有从顶上刺射下来。先是在家里，然后在公司工作隔间里。我汇报给公司人事部，巴尔帝魔县劳动部门，巴尔帝魔县警察。但是无法阻止高强的能量波束（电磁波）刺射到我家里或公司工作隔间里灼烧我的身体。人事专员Lisa 回复我说这不是公司管理层组织的，所以他们无法阻止。（阅http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_ce1b77300101c3fk.html 详细记录）


In the morning of August 11, 2011, after opening my house front door, I saw a dead cicada lying with its belly up on the left edge of the front door step. At evening I came back from work and couldn’t find it anymore. At work, in the afternoon I felt suddenly a point of burning sensation and strong impact force at the left side lower back of my head (nearby the left side FengChi pressure point), medulla oblongata in medical term, then I felt my head very congested, heavy and tight; my arms and legs trembled little, then numb in a short moment, and back of my ears and eyes distended. Whole experience was like I got an electrical shot. Feeling so bad, I heard behind me John Beasley asked Kyle Willette to ask me some questions about the work. So I turned my head back and saw them standing at the entrance of my cubical. Kyle asked one question. I answered him even though I had hard time to convey my thoughts into the speech (The words coming to the tongue were slowed down). John was walking away and talking loudly to Stephen Brewster.  That time I had already moved my working cubical from the upper lever floor to the lower level floor and settled in front of the lab named SKUNK.
2011年8月11日早上打开大门，我看到一只死蝉肚子朝天躺在正门台阶左侧。晚上下班到家的时候就不见了。当天在公司上班期间，下午我突然感觉到后脑勺左下方（左边风池穴附近），医学术语延髓部位，一个点被灼痛和冲击。紧接着我感觉头部发胀，发重，和发紧；我的四肢抖动，一瞬间麻木；我眼睛和耳朵里面发胀。整个经历很像我被电击了。感觉特别糟糕，我听到背后John Beasley 叫 Kyle Willette 问我工作上的问题。我转过头，看到他们站在我的工作隔间进出口。Kyle 问了一个问题。我回答了他即使我艰难地把我的思想转换成语言（词语传输到舌头的速度缓慢）。John正走开，大声跟 Stephen  Brewster 说话。当时我的工作隔间已经从高的楼层搬到低的楼层，安顿在SKUNK实验室门前。


On September 18th, 2011, Sunday afternoon around 16:00pm, still in day light, I put on sneaker and walked along Smith Avenue nearby my house to limber up my body. On the way back home, I walked through the yard of Mt. Washington Conference Center and reached to the side entrance. The entrance was very wide which was convenient for cars to enter and exit. At that time, the entrance was blocked with “X”shape cross fence gate. The gate is low, which could be easily step over by a person, but enough to stop a car passing through. I stepped over with my right leg first, and then was folding my left leg to cross over. Suddenly I felt a point of sharp pain back of my left knee. The pain was focused on one point deep inside of knee tissue. This type of pain was definitely not caused by pulled muscle or tendon. After I fully crossed over the fence gate, I stuck my head up and looked straight ahead. I saw a tall and heavyset white guy standing on the lawn in front of a cottage opposite the street. He had round face and black curly hair, looked very like one overweight white boy worked in the same lab room with Tom Conway for our working team in AAI Corp., except that this guy was much taller than my colleague. He was leading almost 10 dark brown Pomeranian dogs in leash. I turned back, lifted my left leg and stepped on a block of stone with elevated height. Then I bent over to examine my left knee. I massaged the back of the left knee a little bit and didn’t get any improvement. However I did manage to walk back home. I sent an email to my supervisor at work to ask for a sick leave on the coming Monday. I spent whole day home lying somewhere and massaging the left knee time by time on Monday. At the evening of that day, the pain was gone away, but there was still discomfort which last for couple days. I went to work anyway. I always feel this pain came in strangely. After my whole body had been radiated and burned by electromagnetic radiation (I can distinctly recognize the pulse pressing and piercing into my body), I confirmed that the strange pain behind of my left knee was caused by directed energy (non-ionizing radiation below the visible range, the microwaves and radio waves that are used in mobile phones and telecommunications) zapping and burning.
2011年9月18日星期天下午16:00pm左右，天还亮着，我就穿上跑鞋沿家附近的Smith Avenue 走路活动胫骨。转回家时，穿过Mt. Washington Conference Center 会议中心的院子，走到侧门。进出口很宽，便于车辆进出，当时被大叉杠的栅栏门挡着。栅栏门低矮，人可以很容易跨过，但足够挡住车辆进出。我右腿已跨过，正弯曲左腿要跨过时，突然左腿膝盖后面一阵刺痛，那疼痛感聚焦在一个点上，而且位于组织很深处。这种疼痛绝对不是肌腱拉伤造成的。我跨过大叉门后抬头往前看，看到一个高个子，大块头，圆脸，黑色卷发的白人男的站在路对面小别墅门前的草坪上。他长得很像AAI Corp.公司我们工作小组在实验室跟Tom Conway一起工作的白人胖男孩。只是这个男人比我的同事的个子要高很多。他手里牵着近10只深棕色博美狗。我转过身把左腿抬起踏在稍高的石墩上，弯腰检查膝盖。我揉搓膝盖后面，没有多大改善。但是我还是支撑着走回家里。我发了电子邮件给我的主管请一天假在家养伤。星期一一整天我呆在家里躺着，时不时按摩左膝盖。到了晚上的时候，疼痛感消失了，但是仍然有不适感。这种不适感持续了几天。我坚持去上班了。我一直觉得那伤痛来得非常奇怪。后来我全身被电磁疼痛射线辐射和灼烧后(我可以明显地识别到波束压到和刺入我的身体)，我确定膝盖后的怪异伤痛是定向能波束（低于可见光区域的非电离辐射，微波和手机和电信用的无线电波）刺射和灼烧导致的。


I quit the job at the start of January 2012, as I couldn’t stand being zapped and burned with directed high energy pulse while sitting in the working cubical.

Then right side apartment was occupied with a white guy with oval shaped plump face from Colorado, USA and the building where I stayed suddenly had black out (other buildings in the same complex didn’t have the same problem). Then the high energy pulse started to emit into the apartment. I moved to a different apartment located at the different district.

On March 8th, 2012 I started working for a Chinese website/cashier software development company in Xiamen. A little over one month later, my feet and legs started swelling each day I worked. On May 10th, and 11th, 2012, I started experiencing the same strong electromagnetic pulse zapping at my chest and back at the work place. Same time the pulse had been zapping into my new rental apartment. I quit the job again. I noticed there were some people seen in Baltimore appeared vicinity of my work place and rental apartment complex in Xiamen. By early 2013, the stalkers were disappeared, but the high energy pulse has never stopped zapping at me while I’m in my rental apartment.

我们来自中国各地数十个城市地区，是一些遭受“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”武器残酷虐待折磨迫害和阴谋暗害的受害者。我们之中，有公司员工、教师、学生、退休职工，以及其他从事脑力和体力工作的普通平民。我们之中，受害的时间，短的仅几个月，长的则达三十多年。

网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。

长期以来, 一帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，非法秘密控制我们的身体和大脑（精神），日夜不停地实施种种惨无人道的精神骚扰和肉体折磨迫害、阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在无比痛苦的、生不如死的恐怖状况中。

他们使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” ，遥控制造我们受害者身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；遥控制造我们受害者的大脑（精神）日夜出现所谓的“幻听、幻觉”骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给我们受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛，身心遭到极度的摧残和伤害。其中，有一些无辜受害者被诬陷并送进“精神病院”；另一些因无法忍受秘密折磨凌辱的痛苦而“自杀”；还有一些则被他们秘密制造身体内出现各种莫名其妙的“绝症怪病”而阴谋暗害，含冤死亡。

这样广泛的滥用“特权”，使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”，非法侵犯普通平民基本人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。这不仅是对中国宪法法律的严重挑战，而且，也是对人类良知、对《联合国宪章》和《人权宣言》的严重挑战，是全人类所绝对不能允许的！

为此，我们中国受害者于2007年12月3日，联名写了一封“致胡锦涛主席的集体控诉信” （ 见“附件一” ），并用电子邮件发送给了中共中央和中国国务院各部门，以及全国新闻媒体和法律界人士等，要求转呈给中国国家主席。

接着，在2008年5月5日，又联名发出了一封《致中国“秘密机构”头头的公开信》（见“附件二”）。

毫无疑问，中国政府有责任按照中国宪法载明的：“国家尊重和保障公民人权”等法律条款，立即调查并严惩这帮滥用特权的秘密罪犯。然而，遗憾的是，我们受害者所进行的这些揭露控诉努力，并没有得到应有的重视和回应。

《世界人权宣言》(联合国大会 一九四八年十二月十日 第217A(III)号决议通过并颁布) 的有关条款规定：

第三条: 人人有权享有生命、自由和人身安全。

第五条: 任何人不得加以酷刑,或施以残忍的、不人道的或侮辱性的待遇或刑罚。

第六条: 人人在任何地方有权被承认在法律前的人格。

第十二条: 任何人的私生活、家庭、住宅和通信不得任意干涉,他的荣誉和名誉不得加以攻击。人人有权享受法律保护, 以免受这种干涉或攻击。

第十九条: 人人有权享有主张和发表意见的自由;此项权利包括持有主张而不受干涉的自由,和通过任何媒介和不论国界寻求、接受和传递消息和思想的自由。

中国是联合国的创始国之一；中国是联合国安理会常任理事国；中国是联合国人权理事会成员；中国也是联合国有关《人权公约》的签署国之一。因此，中国理应严格恪守、认真执行“联合国人权宣言”等有关维护公民人权文件的规定。

现在，世界各国的受害者数量呈现越来越多之势。成千上万的受害者强烈要求对目前正在全世界范围内发生的这一罪大恶极的侵犯人权事件进行调查。从大量揭露出来的事实表明，这些恣意践踏人类尊严和基本人权的秘密法西斯罪犯是全人类的共同敌人。他们这一疯狂的秘密罪恶正在严重威胁和侵犯着全世界人民最基本的生活和生存权利。

面对这一空前的世界性人权浩劫，全世界人民必须紧急行动起来，团结一致，同仇敌忾，与这帮秘密法西斯罪犯进行坚决斗争！认清他们的秘密罪恶面目，揭露他们秘密侵犯、残害人类的滔天罪行，将他们押上国际刑事法庭的审判台！

全球所有的新闻媒体和有识之士有责任向受害者表示声援支持；世界各国的法律界人士有责任挺身而出，为受害者提供法律援助；联合国人权理事会有责任捍卫人权,维护全人类的思想自由权、睡眠休息权、身体健康权和生命生存权；联合国海牙国际刑事法院有责任接受和调查受害者提起的诉讼，并将这帮严重危害人类基本权利的秘密法西斯罪犯绳之以法！

我们中国受害者，以自己的实际斗争行动，坚决支持“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”滥施于民的世界性运动；坚决要求联合国制止这一使用“秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术”武器针对普通平民，实施秘密肉体和精神残酷虐待折磨迫害的滔天罪恶。

我们强烈要求联合国秘书长 潘基文 先生从维护“联合国宪章”及有关“人权宣言和公约”的尊严出发，履行自己维护全世界人民基本人权的神圣职责，紧急召开“禁止使用秘密遥控人体（大脑）技术武器”的国际会议。我们要求欧盟人权委员会立即开展其A40005/1999第27款的工作！

我们强烈呼吁世界各国新闻媒体挺身而出，主持正义，对众多的受害事件进行深入认真调查，并真实地向全世界公众揭露曝光这帮秘密法西斯罪犯的罪恶事实真相！

我们强烈呼吁全世界的法律工作者勇敢地站出来，以“联合国宪章”和有关“人权宣言和公约”为依据，对受害者提供法律援助，替所有受害者伸张正义！

   我们是一些被“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术” 折磨迫害的受害者。网络使我们相识，受害的遭遇让我们走到了一起。我们集体向您——胡主席进行强烈控诉！


   在现今的中国，有着一帮无法无天的秘密罪犯。长期以来, 他们恣意践踏宪法尊严，非法侵犯中国公民人权，肆无忌惮地使用“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术”，对受害者的身体和大脑（精神）日夜不停地实施种种秘密控制骚扰，惨无人道的进行折磨迫害和阴谋暗害，致使许多受害者每天生活在极为痛苦恐怖的精神状况中生不如死，身心遭受极度的摧残和伤害。不少受害者因他们制造出的各种莫明其妙的怪病而无辜冤死。

  
   这种秘密“遥控技术手段” 包括：制造我们身体内日夜交替出现：痛、痒、冷、热、颤抖、难受等人为的“生理疾病和生理行为”痛苦；制造我们的大脑（精神）日夜出现被遥控的所谓“幻听、幻觉”的骚扰折磨痛苦。他们还竭尽无耻、卑鄙、下流的变态伎俩，窃取传播受害者大脑思维的隐私信息，并且，疯狂地对受害者进行秘密恐吓和种种人格侮辱。所有这一切，都给受害者的肉体和精神带来了无与伦比的巨大创痛！


   由此，造成我们中的许多受害者如今在工作单位受到了极不公正的对待：有的受到严重岐视；有的被剥夺了工作权利，失去了生计。一些受害者向公安司法部门报案时，也被错认为“精神有问题”而不予理睬。同时，也给我们的家庭带来了极其严重的损害,使不少受害者的家庭因此而出现裂痕,甚至造成家破人亡的惨痛后果。


   据不完全的网络统计，在我国，现今公开站出来揭露曝光的受害者已有几百人之多。而更多的受害者正在逐步认清这帮秘密罪犯的“庐山真面目”，积极加入到揭露曝光他们罪恶的战斗行列来。


   这种无法无天的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，正在引发广泛的社会恐慌，给整个社会的稳定与和谐带来严重的破坏。这种伤天害理的秘密恐怖犯罪行为的泛滥，必将对国家、对民族造成巨大的危害！


   而这样广泛的滥用“特权”，非法侵犯公民人权的秘密犯罪行为，在其技术性、恐怖性和反人类性上都已经成为中国和世界历史上空前的人权浩劫。毫无疑问，这是对人类良知、对法律的严重挑战，是国家的宪法和法律所绝对不能允许的！


   中华人民共和国宪法第三十三条法定：凡具有中华人民共和国国藉的人都是中华人民共和国公民。中华人民共和国公民在法律面前一律平等。国家尊重和保障公民人权。


   中华人民共和国宪法第三十八条法定：中华人民共和国公民的人格尊严不受侵犯。禁止用任何方法对公民进行侮辱、诽谤和诬告陷害。


   中华人民共和国宪法第五条法定：中华人民共和国实行依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家。

   国家维护社会主义法制的统一和尊严。 

   一切法律、行政法规和地方性法规都不得同宪法相抵触。 

   一切国家机关和武装力量、各政党和各社会团体、各企业事业组织都必须遵守宪法和法律。一切违反宪法和法律的行为，必须予以追究。

   任何组织或者个人都不得有超越宪法和法律的特权。

   中华人民共和国民法第九十八条法定：公民享有生命健康权。

   然而，这帮秘密罪犯，根本无视《宪法》等这些法律条款规定，有恃无恐地凌驾于法律之上，滥用手中掌握的所谓“特权”，丧心病狂地对广大受害者的身体和大脑（精神）进行摧残式的秘密遥控折磨骚扰迫害，恣意蹂躏剥夺受害者的思想自由权、休息睡眠权、身体健康权等公民基本人权；无耻地侵犯侮辱受害者个人所有的隐私和人格尊严……。

   我们受害者在他们的日夜秘密控制折磨中倍受煎熬，“唤天天不应，唤地地不灵”。在这种极度痛苦，举目无助情况下，才不得不集体向您投诉控告。敬请胡主席您能体察民苦民愤，为民做主。 

   据悉，在当今世界上，俄罗斯、美国以及欧盟等许多国家和地区，都不同程度地制订和正在制订一些具体的决议或法规，明确制止这种“秘密遥控人体和大脑（精神）技术武器”对普通平民实施秘密酷刑虐待折磨迫害。如俄罗斯议会的“决议” 就是一例。

中国受害者告全世界人民书
秘密脑控试验—人类生存基本价值被破坏MK-Ultra类秘密试验（脑控试验）常常在试验目标（受害者）不知情或者不同意的情况下进行的。脑控很容易让受害者精神不正常。加拿大巴士杀人案的李伟光就是脑控秘密试验受害者。

脑控常常涉及微小芯片植入到大脑和身体的其它部位,常常用电磁波作为激发的能量，是RFID和晶振技术的充分应用，不需要传统电池。部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。脑控涉及定向能（Directed Energy），例如X-射线、微波信号和穿墙高能微波。定向能试验的方式非常隐蔽，可能会产生致命的效果。静态造影如MRI和CT可以造假。

Victim几乎都不知道自己是试验目标。一般症状例如，催眠，剥夺正常睡眠，诱导腹泻，诱导分神，产生头痛及其他部位的疼痛，诱导情绪变化等等。受害者往往将异常归结为普通的健康问题，他们常常不认为他们自己是Victim。

各国特工之间往往互相合作。有人在中国成为受害者，在加拿大继续受到试验，那往往就是中加特工在合作脑控。移民很可能成为脑控的几内亚猪。脑控试验不仅从身体上直接打击受害者，而且使用技术手段来破坏一个人的精神心理。脑控常常被用来暗害敌人，并且能杀人于无形，例如杀死主神经和制造癌症，特别是肺癌。

“Lida”技术：脉冲射频发射器，可以导致严重的疲劳和昏睡，或者失眠。可以穿墙瞄准目标发射.  LIDA技术在1950年代由苏联发明，后来在各国得到了发展。声音直达大脑（Voice to skull）技术：可以传送说话声和其它声音，直达目标的头部，旁边的人听不到，可以穿过墙壁发射。该技术可以在没有脑控芯片的情况下实现。（该技术的美国军方代号是“V2K”。）  

读取和破解脑波：通过高科技脑控激励芯片（或特定的帽子）来读取受害者的脑波，通过无线传输到附近的接收设备。再过滤出特定的波形来破解受害者的思维和记忆。这项技术已经非常先进。

意念传输：（Thoughts  Transmission） 通过无线传输特定的脑控波曲线到受害者的大脑，实现意念的传输，一般需要有脑控微芯片植入在受害者的大脑。意念传输也叫潜意识(subliminal)传输，例如“受辱感”，能破坏人际关系。默念传输：（Subvocal Transmission） 通过电磁波传输来影响受害者的说话器官和抑制思维器官，来影响受害者说话。这种话不经过大脑的思考说出，特别细心的受害者能够发现。这种传输可以通过脑控激励芯片（又叫脑控钉）或不用脑控激励芯片进行。受害者的主要特点是说话不经过思考或者说错话。武器化的微波技术：可以导致一系列的身体的伤害反应，可以悄悄地，穿过墙壁进行。穿墙雷达扫描技术（例如机场安检。）高级无线计算机控制技术：通过探测主板的特定的电磁辐射和向特定的线路端子发射X波段电磁脉冲，实现输出和输入。相当于别人的计算机通过串口连到了你的计算机。在没有无线网卡的情况下就能够实现无线遥控计算机。潜意识“无声的声音”（Subliminal “Silent Sound”） 设备：可以传送催眠式建议到受害者，但受害者耳朵听不到，声波的频率介于超声波和人可听声波之间。

（二）受害者们总结的常见的身体症状和经验：(在读取和破解脑波阶段，受害者们通常没有严重的症状，但是他们至少有一颗芯片在身体里面，部分只做控制试验的受害者们身体里没有芯片。)

  1. 头皮发麻。头晕， 头痛。
  2. 无理由的极度疲劳，腿肌及关节的酸痛。 
  3. 梦境制造和操纵，剥夺睡眠。 
  4. 电击感以及肌肉的振动和抽动。 
  5. 不通过思考的说话 (subvocal transmission),语言能力受到影响，经常结结巴巴。
  6. 没有道理的出现心跳过速和过缓。• 记忆力减退，记忆消失 。
  7. 强迫肌肉收缩和舒张，由调制神经信号所引起，会导致身体和四肢移动。/模拟脑波产生情绪突变。

First of all, please permit us to introduce ourselves to you. We are some of the Chinese victims from dozens of regions and cities across China, who have been cruelly harassed tortured and persecuted in a covert way by the means of secret remote control on human body & brain. Among us, there are corporate employees, teachers, students, retirees and other intellectual workers and physical workers. Our suffering period ranges from several months till over 30 years.

Thanks to Internet that builds a bridge for us to know each other, and it is the same sufferings bring us to work together. 

A group of secret criminals who abuse their powers, arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain”, illegally manipulate our bodies and brains covertly, and also cruelly torture and harass us psychologically and physically and persecute us days and nights so that a lot of victims live a very miserable and horrible life. 

Secret criminals utilize the weapons of “secret remote control on human body & brain” and remotely influence us, and consequently our bodies suffer from “physiological diseases and physiological behaviors” caused artificially from their weapons such as aching, itching, coldness, hotness, trembling, unwell feeling and unhappiness, and so that our brains suffer harassments and tortures from “acoasma and hallucination”. Besides, criminals do all they could to shamelessly steal and indecently spread our privacy in our brains in a abnormal psychology and crazily do all they could to intimidate and humiliate victims. All these vices do a great harm us psychologically and physically. Therefore , some innocent victims was forced to hospitals especially for being forced to accept mental treatment, some innocent victims were forced to suicide because of intolerable secret tortures and insults, and others died of “strange fatal diseases” yielded by criminals secretly in a special trap.

Such secret crimes as the wide abuse of their powers, the illegal use of “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” and illegal violation of fundamental human rights, have resulted horribly in atrocity or the unprecedented anti-human catastrophe of human rights technically. These crimes not only challenge severely Chinese constitution and laws, but also human conscience, the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is NOT permitted by all the human beings at all!

Owing to the above-mentioned cases, Chinese victims jointly lodged  “a collective complaint to Chinese President Hu Jintao” (please see attachment 1) on 3rd Dec. 2007, and emailed it to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee, every ministries of the State Council, major news media and the legal community who we asked to deliver the complaints to Chinese President.  

Subsequently, we jointly announced ” An Open Letter to the Head of Chinese Secret Institution” on 5th May 2008.(Please see attachment 2) 

Chinese Government has the undisputed responsibility to take an immediate investigation into the secret criminals who abuse their power, and to sternly punish them according to the clause of “the State respect and protect citizens’ human rights” set out by Constitution of PRC China. However, unfortunately, so far we have not received any response on the issue.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN General Assembly passed and published Resolution 217A (III) on 10th December 1948) stipulates in the following relevant clauses that:

Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. 

Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. 

Article 6: Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, or to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks. 




China is one of the creators of the United Nations, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, a member of UN Human Right Council and one of the signers of UN Covenant on Human Rights. Therefore, China should seriously observe and enforce the relevant rules of UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

At present, the quantity of victims is increasingly rising around the globe. Thousands of victims strongly demand for an investigation into the sinful Hi-tech crimes which covertly violate human rights worldwide. A large quantity of the stated facts reveal that these secret fascist criminals are the common enemies of all the human beings who use Hi-tech means to arbitrarily secretly violate human dignity and fundamental human rights. The crazy secret Hi-tech crimes heavily threat and violate the fundamental rights of human livings in the world.   

Challenged by the unprecedented worldwide catastrophe of human rights and the severe crimes of damaging human beings, we urge immediate actions in union and bravely fight against the gangs of secret fascist criminals! We must disclose the horrible crimes which are covertly damaging human beings, and put them into the Judge Courtroom in International Criminal Court!!  

Journalist and elites worldwide have the responsibility to provide supports for victims, the lawyers worldwide have the responsibility to stand by and offer a legal aid to victims. UN Human Right Council has the responsibility to safeguard human rights and to protect thinking right, sleeping right, health right and living right of all the human beings. International Criminal Court at Hague has the responsibility to carry out an investigation into the crimes denounced by victims, and to charge these secret fascist, the criminals who severely violate fundamental human rights with the Hi-tech Crime and the Antihuman Crime through and according to the relevant legal proceedings.

We, Chinese victims, support resolutely the global campaign of “Ban the abuse and torture of secret MIND CONTROL/PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS/Remote Human manipulation” through our practical actions. We strongly appeal for the United Nations to immediately stop the abuse of the means of the secret remote control on human body & brain which are used to cruelly harass and torture and persecute covertly common citizens.

We strongly urge the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to do his solemn duty to protect fundamental human rights of the whole world, and  hold a urgent international conference on the ban of abusing “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” so as to protect the validity of the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights. Also, we demand for European Commission for Human Right to immediately put Article 27 of A40005/1999 into practice.

We strongly urge global news media to stand out to support justice, and to take a deep careful investigation into the secret Hi-tech crimes, and to expose truly the sinful facts of secret fascist criminals to the global people.  

We strongly urge global legal community to stand out to offer a legal aid to all the victims and support justice based on the UN Charter and UN Declaration & Covenant on Human Rights. 

We strongly urge UN Human Right Council to take an urgent investigation into these secret fascist criminals who arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” which have been crazily violating fundamental human rights.

We strongly urge International Criminal Court to take an immediate investigation into our complaints, and to charge these secret fascist criminals who heavily violate fundamental human rights with the Hi-tech Crime and the Antihuman Crime, and to make a historic great contribution to guarantee the fundamental human rights of all the human beings.
